Product Cooking Instructions
Chicken and Beef Pot Pies
Defrost pie (1 hour)
Brush pastry with mixture of ½ water and ½ egg, if desired.
Make vents in pastry.
Cook in 425 degree oven for 20 min. Plus the following:
Small - 25 min. - 350 degrees
Medium - 45 min. - 350 degrees
Large - 1 hour - 350 degrees
**For best results, reheat our pot pies in a conventional oven**
Meat Turnovers and Sausage Rolls
Brush pastry with mixture of ½ water and ½ egg, if desired.
Cook in 425 degree oven for 20 min. or until pastry is brown.
Chili, Stews and Soups
Defrost.
Heat in microwave or pour in saucepan and heat on stove.
All Other Entrees
All other entrees are fully cooked.
They should be first defrosted, then heated in the oven or microwave until hot.
Did you know that aluminum containers can go in the microwave?
Just make sure they are not touching any side of the oven.
Dessert Pies (excluding pecan, which you just thaw and serve)
**Do not Defrost** **Place on top of a cookie sheet**
Brush pasty with mixture of ½ water and ½ egg, if desired.
Bake as follows:
425 degrees - 20 min.
375 degrees - 40 - 60 min. or until filling has thickened and fruit is tender.
